BLANCORE ("we", "us") operates the website blancore.tech, a software agency serving UK businesses. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hello@blancore.tech.
Contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, your message, and your IP address. We use this to respond to your enquiry and store it in our database for as long as needed to handle your request. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to an enquiry you initiated).
Email. We use SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) as our email provider to send you a confirmation and to notify ourselves of your enquiry. SendGrid processes your name and email address on our behalf.
AI chat widget. If you use the chat on this site, the messages you type are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) to generate a reply. Under Anthropic's API terms, your messages are not used to train their models. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — for anything confidential, use the contact form or email instead.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are rotated and deleted automatically.
Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address in that request.
Your theme and colour preference for this site is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
Contact enquiries are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@blancore.tech — we'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding new tools to the site — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
