No hidden assumptions — the formula is exactly what you'd write on the back of an envelope. We take your missed calls per day and multiply by your open days to get missed calls per year (52 weeks). Then we apply your own conversion rate — the share of callers who would realistically have become customers — and multiply by your average job value.
